Since our founding in 1994, residential architecture has been at the core of our practice. With three decades of experience in designing residential spaces, we create architecture that transcends trends and provides functional, aesthetically appealing answers to the needs of modern living.

What began with a focus on residential architecture has developed over three decades into a rich portfolio that includes residential, public, business, educational, healthcare, hotel, commercial, sacral and industrial buildings, as well as complex public space development projects.

For us, design means successfully balancing urban planning rules, budget, functionality and aesthetics. We approach each project, regardless of its size, as a unique research. Through close cooperation with investors, we recognize the specifics of each task in order to ensure the optimal combination of functionality, aesthetics and cost-effectiveness.

More than architecture: Consulting

Construction is a complex process full of challenges. Our consulting services ensure professional management of your project through all phases of construction – from the first draft to obtaining a permit to use. In addition to primary design, our competencies also include professional consulting.

We emphasize our experience as consultants for “Property Standards” within the ICPR project, implemented in cooperation with Deloitte Consulting Services and USAID. Additional confirmation of our expertise is confirmed by the engagement of the company International Development Ireland (IDI), where we participated as senior local experts (SLE) in the implementation of the “Advanced Investment Certification Programme”, a program of the European Union.

Forensic expertise and valuations

We provide services of a certified court expert for construction and real estate valuations, ensuring expert support in legal and financial processes. We provide professional support in the division of real estate by preparing proposals for the dissolution of co-ownership. Our precise calculations and technical analyses ensure fair and feasible solutions tailored to the needs of all co-owners.

We have completed numerous floor plans, expert reports and real estate valuations, including the valuation of the Spaladium Arena in Split.
